Communication with us

If you contact us via email, phone, or online form, we will process your data to process your inquiry. This data will be deleted as soon as the inquiry has been resolved and there is no legal obligation to retain it.

Shopify as an e-commerce platform

Our online store is operated via the platform Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin Street, 8th Floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada. Shopify processes your data as part of the order process, payment processing, and customer account management. Shopify may process data outside the EU (particularly in Canada and the USA). Data transfer to third parties and third countries

We share your data if this is necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g., shipping companies) or if you have expressly consented. For this purpose, we use service providers such as Klaviyo (email marketing), Syncio (inventory linking to manufacturers and fulfillment), Sendcloud , DPD and Austrian Post (shipping processing), Google , and Meta (marketing and tracking). Some of these service providers are based outside the EU (e.g., the USA, Australia).
