Not Your Average Book Club
C'est la V book club is a feminist book club for women*. From May to December we read a feminist book every month, which we discuss together in a zoom call at the end of the month.
Want to read more feminist books?
Would you like to exchange and discuss feminist books with like-minded people?
You want a structure that allows you to read more again?
The program
The book club will take place once a month, depending on the number of participants, on a Monday or Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. via Zoom. A date preference can be given when purchasing the membership.

The team
Anna Schmeikal
Anna is 27 years old and has been living in Vienna for almost 8 years. In addition to her job and other obligations, reading books is sometimes neglected in her everyday life. The aim of the book club is to create an incentive to regularly consume literature and to exchange ideas afterwards. She particularly enjoys brainstorming when choosing a book because, as a self-confessed feminist, she keeps trying to approach the topic in different ways.

She prefers reading analogue books to digital ones. She is currently reading "everything about love" by bell hooks.
