Usage

Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, morning and noon, with a meal. The intake period should begin at least one week before the onset of menstruation and last approximately 10 days.

Important: Happy Days contains herbal adaptogens, which should be taken for about three months, or three cycles, to work their magic. So give them some time—with the recommended dosage described above, one can of Happy Days will last for three cycles!

chammi's tip: In case of very severe symptoms, two Happy Days capsules can be taken daily without a break.
