Usage

Menstrual cup:
1) Wash your hands.
2) Then find out which folding technique works best for you (you can find the techniques on the package insert).
3) Now insert the cup with the folded side first – ideally while squatting. The cup should unfold completely inside you. Check this by running your finger along the edge.
4) Remove the cup: Wash your hands, gently press the cup in, release the vacuum, and carefully pull it out using the ring. Twist and press for even easier removal.
5) After a maximum of 8 hours, you should empty your menstrual cup into the sink or toilet. Clean it with warm water and a pH-neutral wash lotion or a pH-neutral cleansing wipe.

Hazard warnings

Menstrual cup: To minimize the risk of toxic shock syndrome (TSS), strictly follow the hygiene and usage instructions. Change the cup at least every 8 hours. If you suddenly experience symptoms such as high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, or a sunburn-like rash during your period, remove the cup immediately and seek medical attention. If you have gynecological problems or pain, or if you wear an IUD/chain, consult a doctor before use. A menstrual cup is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases.

Care instructions

Menstrual cup: After each period, soak your cup in boiling water for 5 minutes. If you want to clean your cup on the go, you can also use nevernot Intimate Wipes.

Multi-purpose bag: We recommend hand washing to protect the print and material. Not suitable for tumble drying.
