Usage

Take a small amount of cream (about the size of a pea). Rub it briefly between your palms to warm it slightly, then gently massage in until absorbed. Repeat if necessary. Maximum dosage: 8 pumps of period cream per day. 1 pump corresponds to 200 mg.

Important information: For external use only. Do not apply to the neck and décolleté. For local use, do not apply over large areas. Do not use on broken, sore, or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation or allergic reactions occur. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
