Most of the sugars are metabolized by the microorganisms during fermentation

Storage

It is best to store the bottle in the fridge after opening and swirl the bottle before pouring so that you can enjoy the full aroma. Yeast particles on the surface are quite normal, they are a characteristic of our unsterilized ferment.
